Welcome to Browserfly, a browser extension provided by Browserfly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Browserfly extension (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Browserfly Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. The Browserfly Extension
The Browserfly Extension is an AI-powered tool designed to assist with browser operations and information processing. Our innovative AI Agent, a Large Language Model (LLM), processes your natural language commands to perform actions such as opening new tabs, clicking elements, using search engines, and more. Please be aware that the Extension sends your commands and relevant context to an external LLM service for processing.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Extension and for any content you generate or actions you take through it. You agree not to:
- Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Use the Extension to generate or disseminate harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Extension.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or data contained therein.
- Use the Extension in a way that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect limited data to improve and maintain the Extension. This includes usage statistics and crash reports. We want to be clear: we do not collect your user page content.
Log data (usage statistics and crash reports) is retained for 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property
The Browserfly Extension, including its code, design, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Browserfly and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Browserfly.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Browserfly makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Extension's reliability, accuracy, or availability. While our AI aims to provide helpful and accurate assistance, we do not guarantee the precision, completeness, or effectiveness of any actions performed or content generated by the AI. You use the Extension at your own sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Browserfly, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension; (iii) any content obtained from the Extension; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate these Terms, you may simply cease using the Extension and uninstall it.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Japan.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Extension after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Extension.
